Check out our epoxy resin chart to pick which resin is best for your next project!

Trying to figure out what epoxy resin to use for your resin art project? It is true there are a ton of different factors to consider when making the decision of which to use. For example, some of the questions I asked when I first started experimenting with resin art were:

What viscosity is best for my resin art projects?

How deep can I pour the epoxy resin?

Does the epoxy resin work well with wood?

Is the Epoxy Resin food-safe?

is the Epoxy Resin nontoxic?

How much coverage will I get out of one bottle?

Will my epoxy resin turn yellow?

For answers to these questions, I suggest you first read our detailed guide of epoxy resins for artwork and check out our recommendations. However, you will also find a link to the full reviews for each of the products listed below if you follow the links in the Review column. Please let us know if you would like us to d any products! (This is still being updated daily, so keep checking back for products!)C

All of these questions are completely understandable. Unfortunately, It took a ton of research for me to be able to answer these questions proficiently, as well as tons of trial and error with my artwork. However, I am not confident enough with the products on the market today to categorize them for other artists. That is why I have put all the epoxy resins available on the market in a handy chart so you can easily spot which epoxy resin is best for your next project.

This article is a work in progress, so I will be adding quite a few epoxy resins in the next couple of weeks. I have worked with many different epoxy resins for art and have been able to review each of them. I am putting this comparison chart together as quickly as possible for others who would like to see all of this information in one place. I found it difficult to compare epoxy resins for art on the internet because I could not find one resource that listed all of their qualities in one place for easy comparison. I feel this is necessary to make a good purchasing decision. So, here you go! I hope this helps. If there is a resin you would like me to test that I have not added yet, let me know.
