Shipping Policy

Shipping time is dependent on what item was purchased, how heavy the order is, and how far away you live from Scottsdale, Arizona.

However, orders are shipped out ASAP, using the service and carrier you selected. 

If for some reason the carrier you selected is not available, we ship using another carrier with the most similar shipping time/service as the option you selected. 

Most items are shipped the next business day, unless that day falls on a carrier’s shipping holiday. 

If an order is received early enough in the day, it may go out the same day. 

NOTE: If you order a custom item, you  must factor in time it takes to complete the item.  With custom orders, we are in touch with you throughout the process so are kept apprised of the progress and know when your item is ready to ship.

In the rare instance where an item needs a few more days to let the resin cure completely, you will be notified by email of the delay.  Sometimes, epoxy resin needs extra time to cure (temperature dependent) and it is best to be safe then sorry when shipping these items. 

We aim to provide you with a perfectly finished epoxy resin piece that you can enjoy for years to come.  We so appreciate your patience and promise we are working as quickly as possible.

Return/Refund Policy

First of all, if you are considering a refund or return, you have most likely bought one of our art pieces, which means we owe you a big “THANK YOU!” 

We do strive to develop a relationship with purchasers of our  handmade, one of a kind, art pieces.  As a result, we encourage ALL potential buyers to reach out to us if you would like a custom piece done. 

So , if you see something you like on the site, but you are not too sure about whether the colors are perfect, please message us and we will be happy to make a custom piece for you in colors you KNOW will match your home. 

By keeping out customers in the loop, we have not had any issues with pieces being returned and do not anticipate any issues in the future. 

A Note on Colors

Please be aware that your computer monitor, depending on the quality of your system, may not accurately display the colors of all artwork.  You may request a video of the product before shipment for any piece listed in our shop.  (This excludes custom work, as we will send you videos during the art process anyway!)

At this point, we do not accept returns nor issue refunds for products purchased form Craftelot Resin Co.

Wrong Shipping Address/Method

We do understand that mistakes are occasionally made during the buying process.  For example, sometimes a shipping address is entered incorrectly or the wrong shipment method is selected.

If you have made one of these mistakes AND your product has not yet shipped, we are more than happy to make changes to your order to correct the misinformation. 

Damaged Products

As far as damage goes, we take all possible precautions and wrap our artwork up like Fort Knox to make sure your purchase gets to your address the same way it left our shop. 

However, we do understand that, amongst the ocean of pimply-faced, 17 year old UPS employees working to ship our artwork , a rotten apple or two may be working against us.  For some reason, these employees interpret “Fragile, Handle with Care” as “Please drop this package from the Empire State building and send it through a meat chipper, Fargo-style, before delivery.” 

In the rare event something like this does happen, please take pictures of the damage and we will work with UPS to make an insurance claim. 

So Basically...

So, to reiterate, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for our artwork.  We will do everything in our power to make sure you are able to request further images, videos, etc. to make sure you are purchasing the perfect item for your home.  As far as issues encountered during shipment, we will deal with UPS to make a claim and recover the price of the item, as well as remake the product they damaged in transit.
